As of the January 2009 Season we will be offering a new pricing structure, rules and guidelines at the Club. In an effort to build better competition and to offer more opportunities to play, we will also be realigning the various leagues and divsions. Please check over the next two weeks for an update.

We will be starting registration for Session 1 of 2009 by the end of November.

Request for a schedule change

If a team is unable to play on a specific date and wishes to explore the possibility to have the game rescheduled, the following steps must be taken:

    If it is prior to the start of the season:

1. You must be registered and have made your first deposit.

2. Put your request in writing at the front desk (email OK) stating your request. An absent captain, or a specific player/s that cannot play does not constitute a good reason to change a schedule. If the schedule has not been made we will attempt to accommodate you.

Once the season has started:

1. Your team must be paid up in full!

2. Go to the Website and check to see whom the opposing team is. Have your captain speak to the opposing team captain and see if they are open to changing the schedule.

3. If the opposing team will change, Check in with Lorato at ATP and we will try to accommodate you. This must be done 7 days in advance of game time. Please put it in writing. Email OK. Present date of game that your team wants rescheduled, teams involved, and suggested reschedule dates.

     4. If both teams cannot agree upon a date or time then the game stays as is, and the teams will play or there is a forfeit. If the opposing team cannot/will not change, there will be no makeup game and that will count as a played game.
